Meet jewelry artist Jane Pellicciotto (@jane_pellicciotto) of Portland, Oregon—creator of small, wearable wonders for creative and adventurous souls. Drawing from her diverse and ever growing palette of materials, Jane weaves urban-inspired pieces that speak to design and fashion aficionados seeking both sophistication and playfulness. Each creation is a testament to her hunger for discovery, resulting in jewelry that is both eye catching and unexpected.

“Small wonders for wise, creative, adventurous souls who love good design”

In 2015, Jane embarked on her journey into metalsmithing, seeking to carve out a personal body of work alongside her graphic design endeavors.  Intrigued by the intimate scale and creative potential of artisan jewelry, she found her passion in the process of working with manipulating metals and combining a variety of non-traditional jewelry making materials such as polymer clay, wood, enamel, vintage electrical wire, leather, and glass into unique wearable art pieces that evoke creativity and beauty.

Jane’s jewelry work has an urban-inspired feel that includes a variety of materials, including polymer clay, silver, enamel on copper, thread and found objects. Blending sophistication with playfulness, each piece is a testament to her hunger for discovery. The result is pieces that feel more like wearable sculpture than conventional jewelry.

Her work is a celebration of form, pattern and color, often pairing muted colors with unexpected or hidden splashes of color or sparkle. This collection features her love of typography, the timeless circle form, and a bit of shimmer—something we could all use to brighten our lives.

Jane’s latest collection will be available exclusively at our next virtual art show “Stories We Tell” (Feb 22-24).
