Welcome to my Garden!
I paint to share the sense of joy I get at the first sighting of spring cherry blossoms after a long snowy winter, or the happiness I get from a lively scene of wild flowers dancing in the wind on a mountain ridge.
I love capturing the beauty of handpicked flowers casually arranged in mason jars that grace porch railings and picnic tables on long summer days!
I love when a small child gifts the treasure of a bright yellow dandelion, as the most beautiful flower in the world, and together you place in a paper cup, in a place of honor on the kitchen table.
When my paintings make someone smile, offer a break from a tough day, or add a touch of colorful personality to their home...it makes me happy! Life doesn't get better than that!
