I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area in the early 60's and have lived in the Western U.S. most of my adult life. My Mother is a birder and an intense lover of the environment and she instilled in me those “loves”. That love of birds, other earthly creatures and the history of their environs frequently pops up in my paintings.

I now live in Eastern North Carolina in a tree-top art studio surrounded by THE most amazing nature.

I spend my days drawing, painting and appreciating each day and each dog snuggle from my three sweet dogs.

I just simply love to paint.
