Display Notes: Eve is painted on canvas stretched on a wood frame, wired and ready to hang. The canvas sides are painted a soft gray. Please see picture 3 for a view of the sides, and the type of back.
Medium: Mixed media: a collage base with layers of acrylic media
Substrate: Canvas
Artist Notes: Eve is painted on stretched canvas, making it fairly lightweight for its size. The protective varnish gives the painting a sheen, but not a high gloss.
