Welcome to Artist Onboarding!

Congratulations, it’s time to set up your official Artburst Studios artist profile! This form will help with the initial setup of your new artist dashboard, which will allow you to manage your artist profile page, access marketing assets to help you promote the show, and upload/manage your artwork (when the time comes).

Please fill out and submit the form below. If you would prefer to complete your artist profile and add work examples at a later time, that’s no problem! Simply upload your headshot and fill in the minimum required form fields (marked with the red asterisks) and submit. After submission, you’ll be redirected to your artist dashboard which you can log into at a later time to finish working on your artist bio.
