Artwork Change Request Form

We allow changes to one piece of artwork at a time.  Note that to use this form, you must have pieces already listed on Artburst.  Please note that changes to art listings are not allowed within 30 days of an upcoming show.  Fill out only the fields which require changes – any blank fields will remain the same on the art listing.
