Artist Headshot

Art is my stillness and my spark.

About Me

I create to capture the hidden magic in nature-where each brushstroke dances with the details of petals, branches and the soft rhythms of the earth. Using mixed media, I invite you into a world of texture and color, where every piece whispers a story of wonder. My art is a celebration of nature's quiet charm, a place to pause, breathe and feel connected.

More About Me

Which artist (famous or not) has influenced you the most and how?

The artist that has influenced me the most is my mom. I remember as a child she would work on paintings. I always found it so fascinating. My mom was a painter and a poet. I didn't realize as a youngster that she was shaping my future with her various projects but, low and behold-her consistent displays of creativity fuel my art process to this day.

What other non-artist jobs have you had?

Prior to my children being born, I was a kindergarten teacher. I have also been a waitress and an orthodontist's assistant.

What is your hidden talent or claim to fame?

I am a very good whistler. I whistle all the time hoping it isn't too irritating to others. It relaxes me.
