This chunky, bright red resin ring is the perfect statment accessory!
Cerise and blush stripes pattern set within clear resin, finished with a bright pop of red on the edge.
This 3D stripes technique is unique to KAZ.
The pattern inside appears to move when looked at from different angles as the stripes seem to float in the clear resin.
The oval top is approx 2.3 inches x 1.57 inches x 0.27inches deep. The ring would fit UK size P ( US 8)
I’ve always loved experimenting with colour and creating patterns, so when I discovered resin at college I knew it was the perfect material for me to create my pieces.
From mixing the pigments to create custom colours, to drilling and sawing into the surface to form the patterns I can’t imagine working in a different material, it’s very versatile.
With this collection for Divine I’ve played around with the use of colour. The reds and pinks complement each other beautifully.
I’ve also incorporated my ‘changing stripes’ and ‘reverse dot’ KAZ techniques into a few of the pieces. These are techniques that I have experimented with across the years and allow a different way for me to create pattern within my work.
I hope this collection will spread a little bit of much needed joy and fun!
