"Building Ghost IV" is part of an ongoing exploration of memory, place, and the invisible traces of urban landscapes. These ghosted images appear in the outlines left when attached structures are demolished - the shadows of staircases, walls separating rooms, paint and tiles on walls, and the quiet stories etched into weathered walls. I have collected pictures of these ghosts from several countries. They are remnants often overlooked in a culture that prefers the new and shiny, yet for me they carry a fragile and silent beauty.
