“The day I picked up a paintbrush and applied paint to canvas was the day I discovered my voice…and I haven’t stopped “talking” since.”

About Me

“I live in a box of paints,” a line from my favorite Joni Mitchell song, speaks to me. My world is a vibrant palette of colors, a canvas on which I create soulful narratives celebrating humans, their place in our world, and their relationships. The characters that emerge echo my voice. They tell tales of love, heartbreak, joy, and the unexpected quirks of life.

  • Quest – I played an essential role in creating a school for gifted and talented students, now recognized as an institution of excellence.
  • Eggs – I’ll put an egg on just about anything I eat, even pizza (or especially pizza).
